What you'll need:
•Blue Gatorade low calorie
•Cranberry juice
•Zero or Diet Sprite
How to make it:
On the bottom of the cup place anywhere from 2-5 ice cubes and poor in the cranberry juice a little less than half way. Then fill up the rest of the cup with ice. Pour in the sprite but be sure to leave enough room for the Gatorade. Then just add the blue Gatorade and there you have it! A Fourth of July Layered drink!
Little Tip:
When making this drink, the only way the colors don't mix is because of the sugar grams. So whatever drink has the most sugar goes on the bottom first, and then you add your less sugar gram drinks!
Friendly reminder, GFC is leaving, so if you would like to still receive updates from "A Beautiful Heart," then come on over and give me a follow!
*I am linking up with Southern Belle in Training to do a Summer challenge. This challenge was to try something you have never done before. So go over and check out her blog and follow along with her amazing challenge! :)
This is a great idea, especially this summer as it's super duper hot! this is just great for outdoor parties.
ReplyDeletebtw, I just followed you in bloglovin and GFC, care to follow back? I think GFC is not really leaving. Just google reader. The two are different things. Still there is a huge possibility that Google will get rid of GFC too to encourage us all to use Google Plus.
A Hint of Sunlight

This drink looks so refreshing :) and the sugar tip makes sense cause whenever you make tequila sunrise, the grenadine always sinks to the bottom :)
ReplyDeleteCool post :)
