If you love breakfast like I do, your in for a treat! Not only is this smoothie delicious but it's so good for you. :) I love having a big breakfast, but I dislike all the calories and fat grams that come with it. So this smoothie is perfect. It literally tastes like a milkshake. It's super easy, and you only need a few ingredients. e.n.j.o.y.
Ingredients // Instructions
• one banana
• 1 cup of coconut milk (you can use regular milk or almond milk doesn't matter)
• 2 scoops of your favorite protein powder
• 1/2 cup of ice
• 1 Tbs of peanut butter
-just throw in all your ingredients into your blender and there you have it. :)
